Ayurveda is a health system modality that focuses on the mind-body experience. This course will introduce you to the different body constitutions called the Doshas, as well as the other systems that bring it all together. The main focus of Ayurveda is balancing your dosha with food, exercise, spirituality, and awareness. This is 1 of 4 classes for Ayurveda.

By exploring each of the seven chakras, students can gain insights into their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Understanding how to open and balance these energy centers can lead to improved health and harmony in daily life. In this course students will explore the Western Philosophy of Chakras and gain a basic understanding of each of the seven energy centers. We will do exercises and meditations centered at strengthening and balancing each chakra.

Chakra 101 is the introduction class of the Chakra Series. While studying this class you will learn about the 7 main Chakras within the Hindu/Buddhist spiritual practice and a brief introduction to the 2 Chakras connected to Human Design. 

Brief explanation of what Chakras are, where they originated, what each Chakra is, and how to become aware when they are unbalanced.
