In witchcraft, rhyming is used for several key reasons, each contributing to the power and effectiveness of your magickal workings.  Rhyming creates a rhythmic pattern, which helps practitioners focus their energy and intention. The repetition of sounds and the structure of the rhyme can deepen concentration, ensuring that the practitioner’s mind remains fixed on the desired outcome. This focus is essential in witchcraft, as the intent behind a spell or ritual is believed to be a key driver of its effectiveness. This course merges creative writing, poetic rhythm, and magickal practice to provide students with the knowledge and skills to craft effective and potent rhyming spells

Candle magick is a form of spellwork or ritual in which candles are used as a tool to focus intent, channel energy, and bring about desired outcomes. The basic principle behind candle magick is that candles are symbolic of fire, which is thought to have transformative and energetic properties. By using candles in rituals, practitioners believe they can tap into these energies to influence their lives. In my class we will be actually making candles. You will be expected to purchase basic supplies. Please review the list. If you can not procure the necessary items, let the instructor know.  No reason to forgo the class as a whole simply because you're unable to make a candle.
