Madame Laveau

This class delves into the life and legacy of Marie Laveau, the renowned “Voodoo Queen” of 19th-century New Orleans. Students will explore her cultural impact, the historical context of her practices, and the blend of African, Haitian, and Catholic influences that shaped her work. Through discussions of folklore, archival records, and local traditions, participants will examine how Laveau’s role as a spiritual leader, healer, and community figure led to her enduring reputation. By the end of the class, students will gain insights into the cultural significance of Voodoo in Louisiana, as well as the myths and realities behind one of its most iconic practitioners.

The good news is that you're in luck! In this class, we will be learning about 7 of the occultists that reshaped occultism as a whole. So grab a seat. This class will go over some of the famous occultists. The occultists discussed in this course are Austin Spare, Gerald Gardner, Alex Sanders, Anton LeVey, Ray Buckland, Ed/ Lorraine Warren, and Shirley MacClaine. By the end of the course, you will know all 7 occultists and how they shaped Modern occultism.

Do you wanna play a game?... Beware, this course may cause fear and spine-tingling curiosity.  The spirit board is a staple in horror.  Learn to talk to the dead.  In this course, you will learn the history of spirit boards.  You will also learn what questions to ask and not ask, how to protect yourself, how to prepare the space you're playing in, and the rules for playing the spirit board.  You will also review an example of a game, learn to ground and shield, and dispose of the board if negative energy is attached to it.  Come join me, for some spine-tingling fear.

This class is about using channeling in a different way. It’s a different perspective on how to use it for healing, directing a spell or intention at a target, or building and getting used to large amounts of energy. 

 

You will practice all the different ways to channel.  What you can do with it, and how it will be used for this class (Energy channeling). You will possibly learn how to create, manipulate energy, direct it, and send it to its destination.
