🌙 Position Opening — Student Club Coordinator 🌙
Witches’ Hallow Online Spiritual School
Witches’ Hallow is currently seeking a dedicated and organized volunteer to serve as our Student Club Coordinator within the school community.
This position helps oversee and support the many student clubs and social spaces throughout the Witches’ Hallow community, helping students feel welcomed, engaged, and connected.

✨ Responsibilities Include ✨
• Assisting with organization and activity within student clubs
• Helping moderators and student leaders maintain welcoming club environments
• Posting announcements and helping coordinate monthly activities
• Encouraging student participation and engagement
• Assisting with club events, challenges, newsletters, and themed activities
• Helping monitor club areas for organization and activity
• Communicating with staff regarding club needs or concerns
• Supporting the continued growth of the Witches’ Hallow community

• Ability to work respectfully with students of many spiritual paths and backgrounds

This is a volunteer staff position within Witches’ Hallow.
The Student Club Coordinator works closely with school staff to help maintain a positive and engaging student experience throughout the clubs and community spaces.
