At Witches’ Hallow, the five Elemental Houses are more than just groups — they are living communities where students build friendships, complete challenges, share experiences, and grow together through the energies of Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Spirit.
We are currently seeking a volunteer Elemental House Coordinator to oversee and nurture all five houses within our school community.
✨ Position Opening: Elemental House Coordinator
The Elemental House Coordinator will help bring life, connection, and activity to our five elemental communities:
- Earth House – The Sanctuary of Stone & Root
- Fire House – The Ember Sanctum
- Air House – The Sanctuary of Sky
- Water House – The Tidesong Sanctuary
- Spirit House – The Veiled Hollow
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys community-building, creativity, organization, and encouraging students to participate in a positive and welcoming environment.
🌙 Responsibilities Include:
- Encouraging student interaction within each elemental house
- Helping students feel welcomed and included
- Creating fun house activities, prompts, challenges, and events
- Organizing house competitions and community projects
- Monitoring house forums and communication areas
- Assisting with monthly house announcements or activities
- Helping maintain a respectful and uplifting atmosphere
- Supporting communication between all five houses
- Encouraging teamwork, creativity, and school spirit
